How to get paper off silhouette mat.
To clean the mat simply hold the scale firmly at the bottom of the mat and slide it to the top while pressing gently.
You should be able to see all the nasties coming off your mat.
Let your mat airdry.

Your mat will be wet but don t use a towel to dry it.
The sides of the scale form the perfect angle for removing the paper.
Open the bottle of goo gone and dribble a little around the mat.
Goo gone i have a slight addiction to goo gone.
Grab your sponge and start a scrubbin.
The mat was feeding initially but then would start slanting and feeding totally wrong and end up at.
Soap and water scrub your mat with soap and water using a sponge or a magic eraser.

Many people recommend destickying your mat before the first use by sticking a tshirt or cloth to it a few times.

Instead of peeling your project up off the mat bend the mat in your hand and curve it away from your project.
If you are using a new mat then many times the adhesive is so strong that it can be very hard to get paper or even paper backed vinyl or other media off of the mat without bending ripping or tearing it.
